I have spent the majority
of my spare time over the last few years learning and teaching myself to
paint. With no formal background, it has been both difficult and
rewarding.
When I decided to paint a portrait of a friend, I wasn't just painting for
him. "FRANK", for me, could represent any number of people in an
age group whose future is unsure. If I could affect anything through my
work, it would be for people to take notice of the people around
them.......the people you see in the street.
All people have their reasons for why their lives are what they have
become. There is life and a story behind everyone's face. ORIGINAL
